How to Wear Denim – Denim Overalls

Happy Hump Day everyone! For todays second post featuring ‘How to Wear Denim’ I thought I would bring back a personal favorite, denim overalls. Making a killer comeback last summer, overalls have certainly been on my summer radar. Inspired by my Canadian tuxedos and Monday’s denim jumpsuit post, I couldn’t help but create a denim romper using them! 

I snagged this amazing pair of overall shorts last year and was practically living in them throughout the entire summer. I was elated to bring them out for another season and even more excited to add another full denim look to my clothing repertoire. Sure overalls are something we are all used to, but creating another full denim look with a combination of simple clothing staples was quite the revelation, and nothing I had ever seen before. Granted essentially creating a full denim romper might not be for everyone but adding denim overalls into your summer wardrobe is a solid staple that you can mix with all your basics. From baseball tee’s to button up blouses or even baseball jerseys, (which might be my favorite combination) overalls will give your favorite jeans a break and freshen up your casual attire!

    i have a pair of these but i haven’t worn them in ages, i’m not sure if they suit me! really want to get those converse as well 🙂
