Orange and Velvet
Happy Halloween everyone? I realize that a lot of people are going to think I am crazy but I am not a huge Halloween person. As stated yesterday on my Instagram, I am pretty much just waiting around for all the Halloween stuff to go on sale. I pretty much raid the isles for all the skull candles (weird obsession).
Mostly, I have just been kicking around waiting for fall to actually show itself. Here in Salt Lake City, it’s been mostly in the 60s-70s and I really am craving some serious sweater weather. There is one thing that the weather will never stop me from wearing however, my velvet thigh high boots. As soon as the calendar hits October, you better believe that I am in full blown thigh high season. These velvet boots could not be contained and for under $50, you should be wearing them EVERYWHERE!
I have also been taking full advantage of wearing my full denim jacket collection before it gets too cold. When I found this longline denim jacket I knew it would be the perfect combination for my velvet boots… well, all my thigh high boots for that matter. My denim collection is also starting to get a bit out of hand, but who says that you can’t have TOO many denim pieces?
