Lately Lusting

August is one of my favorite months out of the whole year.

Not only is it my birthday month (should you choose to help ring in my 25th birthday for the next 19 days, along with me) but it’s a transition month, from the last summer vacation we’re all taking, to that new pair of boots you have been eyeing for fall.
And it’s most certainly when stores are loading up the shelves with new merchandise to prepare us for Autumn.

Regardless of the fact that stores are advertising fall’s latest must haves, I am taking full advantage of the summer favorites that I plan on layering under all my scarves and sweaters.
Might I add that they are all on sale (as you are probably already aware).

So I will squeeze every last inch of summer, out of August, as is humanly possible, and I plan to dress accordingly.
