You may think with the title ‘Bronze Goddess’ that I would be referring to myself, but due to the lack of sunlight in, oh so freezing, SLC, I am actually referring to my fabulous companion for the evening, my Halston dress.
Wednesday night, I attended a Holiday/Grand opening of a local couture bridal gown shop in downtown Salt Lake City.
My sister, a wedding planner, and I, who are both slightly obsessed with clothing, attended the lovely event, while taking the opportunity for a photo opp to display the event for you guys today.
Cocktail hour, followed by a bridal fashion show, made for a lovely Tuesday evening this holiday season and I’m thrilled I was invited to attend.

I also enjoyed the ‘Cranberry Mojitos’ that were served so much I thought I would attach a recipe for you to use at your own holiday party.
Cranberry Mojito:
Ingredients:
3 Mint Leaves
1 Tablespoon cranberry reduction
1 1/2 Teaspoons fresh lime juice
Ice Cubes
3 Tablespoons of your favorite rum
Lemon-lime soft drink
Limes slices and cranberries to garnish
Prep:
Muddle mint leaves, Cranberry Reduction, and fresh lime juice against sides of a cocktail shaker; add ice cubes and rum. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a 10-oz. glass filled with ice cubes. Top with lemon-lime soft drink. Garnish, if desired.
