This past weekend, I had the opportunity to host my first blogger event at Q Clothing Boutique in Downtown, Salt Lake City. First of all I just wanted to thank absolutely everyone who was involved and came out for such a fun and successful evening!
It has been a huge blessing to collaborate with local stores and meet the local blogging community. I have really exciting things coming up this year and I am anxious to share them with everyone.
With that being said, I really didn’t want to overwhelm everyone with all the pictures from the event, so I will break them up into two different posts. Be sure to check back for all the detail shots from the event itself!
Initially, I was saving this maxi skirt for my San Diego trip, but ever since my Acne cobalt blouse arrived I really couldn’t resist wearing it for the event.
Blue is my favorite color, and honestly, I don’t have too much of it in my wardrobe. So I splurged a little bit on this bad boy. When I tried it on I was pretty impressed with its simplicity, yet detailed craftsmanship; from the rich smooth silk, down to the leather finishes on the collar and back. Sometimes the splurge is really worth the investment.

Just as Coco Chanel said, “The best colour in the whole world is the one that looks good on you.”
Who can argue with Coco, because I certainly cannot.
Stay tuned for pictures from the event later this week…
