Sneakers have played a large role in fashion recently. However, this gal (aka me) has been collecting sneakers for a long while. It’s not just about the Roshe Run that I wear to the gym, or the Asics that I frequently jog in, but about the casual collector sneakers that I’ve had to have at first sight. These Kevin Durant NYC 66’s were just that for me.
Not only am I fan of retro Air Jordan’s, KD’s, Lebrons, Jeremy Scott for Adidas and so on… but the casual sneaker means so much more to me.

The addiction started with the perfect “travel” shoe and turned into an entrance into the underground sneaker community. Whenever I go out in a pair from my collection, I frequently get stopped and asked about my shoes, my collection or sneaker knowledge. It’s actually refreshing to be connected to so many people without even realizing it until they start to talk to you in “sneaker jargon”.
I would like to say, I speak fluently in sneaker.
