Sometimes, things come up that we really can’t prepare for. These things just pop up and take priority over a blog schedule, work, or even hobbies, regardless of what you have planned. This past week, I spent quality time with family after a sudden surgery that my mom had to have. I wanted to thank everyone who reached out and checked in with me about everything going on. Needless to say, she is home, healthy and recovering well.
In light of everything going on, I thought I would catch up on my Instagram. I cannot rave enough about Instagram. I love the insight that I get into the lives of people that I follow on a day to day basis. It certainly takes my blogging friendships to a much more personal level and a deeper understanding of people and brands.

I’m glad to hear that your mom is at home and recovering from surgery. Being with your family at a time like that will always take priority over anything blog related.
