Tulle has become a trend that has stuck around far longer than I would have ever expected. Granted, who can resist a little piece of their Disney princess childhood when they put on a full tulle skirt or even a tulle dress.
I picked up this tulle grey number over the summer for a few bachelorette festivities. Seeing it hang in my closet on a lonely winter turned spring morning I decided it was time to take it for another go around. My leather jacket helped transition a fun party dress into a more suitable look for the season and the thigh high boots certainly helped as well, giving my feminine dress a little edge. I usually find tulle being worn in an extremely girlie form, so doing something different with this popular piece was a bit more up my alley and apparently fitting, seeing as how I am in a dark and moody black phase all of a sudden. I must be too tulle for school – pun intended!

AHH this is one of my favourite outfits of yours! The grey tulle is awesome and it looks great with the leather jacket. I find that in a neutral colour, the skirt seems a lot more wearable to me. I mean, as much as I’d love to walk around in pink tulle, I just don’t think it works for me like grey would.
