Happy Monday everyone! With the weather in Salt Lake changing on a daily basis, just the smallest amount of sunshine has me excited. From inches of snow to 70 degree weather, spring is certainly toying with my emotions. Spring also has me obsessed with monochromatic looks and black/white hues, but that’s nothing that a pop from a fun bag and a statement necklace can’t help. Pulling my candy striped Stella McCartney bag out of my closet probably gave me the most excitement of all! Sadly, the striped style isn’t available anymore, but there is an amazing pink, and other spring pastel colors available. They also offer it in a backpack style, which would be a nice change from just throwing it over your shoulder.
I seriously think sometimes the best outfits are the simplest ones with the most bold and exciting statement pieces. It allows you to create a blank canvas with your timeless pieces that are wearable all year, but still gives you room to add a little punch of personality. Also making getting ready in the mornings a much easier task.
This necklace I got last year has become a seriously favorite in my wardrobe and amongst my friends. Available in silver, gold, matte black, and even rose gold, layering necklaces can be done in one simple step!
