While everyone was out enjoying their endless margaritas and taco Tuesday for Cinco De Mayo, I was stuck at home with a case of the blues; and a cold that seems quite unfair at the beginning of May. As I drown my nose in a box of tissues, I couldn’t help but share a recent favorite outfit that had me caught up in some major monochromatic blues, pre-bug and of courseโฆ pun intended.
You usually always find me tucking in my long blouses and belting them off to create a more polished and stream line look (which I found particularly hard with my overly long Acne blouse). Lately, the undone relaxed look of a long blouse just seemed a little bit more fitting for everyday running around. Sure, for us curvy gals it isnโt as โflatteringโ– Kim K style seems to be more as people think we should dress. However, sometimes comfort can be chic. And honestly, it’s a nice break from curve-hugging clothes.
Ladies, let your blouses hang low.

Ugh spring colds are the worst! I had one a couple weeks ago and it’s still not 100% gone.
