Now that the pools are finally open and summer weather has finally arrived, I have recently appreciated the simplicity and ease of the summer slide shoe. Finding myself running out of the door running errands, relaxing at the pool, or even just walking around my house, slides really are the universal outdoor (and indoor) shoe of summer. My first pair this year would be my Nike slides that you probably couldn’t pry off my feet, let alone find anywhere else.
Although my research of wearing slides has been somewhat extensive, do not let me be the judge of this summer staple. I encourage you to become a believer in your own right.
