Neutral Stripes

Ahoy! Back from a long weekend and a serious case of the Mondays, I am finally on a regular schedule. It never fails me that after a mini vacation I end up coming back to work and home with even more to do than I originally planned on having. So much for even getting everything done ahead of time. Another thing that never seems to fail me is my love for neutrals. Whites, creams, grays and tans, seems to be on heavy repetition this summer and for good reason. Besides looking essentially flawless on every skin tone, these light neutral hues always pair perfectly together. They always seem to be my go-to casual staples and turn out to be my favorite and most complimented looks.

I recently scored this killer neutral stripe tank and didn’t really realize how much I could utilize it in my closet until the first time I wore it. Although stripes are already a classic in themselves, neutral stripes can be worn with almost anything. Matching with black, blue, red, green, yellow, orange, the list goes on, and honestly, I think I prefer beige stripes over navy stripes.
