Nordstrom Anniversary Sale

To some people, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is something like Christmas in July. A sale so big, they mark a plethora of their new inventory up to 40% off before it returns back to it’s original price. Card members also get an added benefit by previewing and shopping the collection a few days before it’s open to the public, but alas, today anyone can shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

I always find myself caught in a hard spot while shopping through the endless pages of fantastic merchandise, “Should I order this for fall?” “It’s still summer, I could use some fringe sandals!” “I have always wanted a carry-all tote bag…” These questions are the reason I countlessly spend and plan my afternoons around finding the perfect steals that will work best within my wardrobe. All my favorite picks certainly had a trend of very wearable items in extremely neutral colors. Giving even the fun and trendy pieces a little bit more versatility within my closet.

I may not NEED fringe sandals, but in nude suede I don’t see them having a hard time going with the rest of my summer dresses and even some amazing tapered pants I have been eyeing. I do however need some new over the knee boots for the coming fall season, and I can’t really beat this killer pair of patent leather oxfords for the office. While I am also looking for things for the office, I shouldn’t really forget about this steal on a classic DVF wrap dress (which usually never go on sale).

Needless to say, there is always an explanation for ordering something from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Even if its just the fact that you are getting it at 40% off! Go ahead, live a little.
