With temperatures continually in the 90s this July, summer wear is all about ease, comfort, and light weight fabrics. Although, dresses are usually the first thing that come to mind when I think of summer, sometimes it’s a bit more fun to take the nontraditional route with a jumpsuit.
Sure dresses are stylish and fun, but the versatility of a strapless jumpsuit are unique in their own way, while creating a timeless silhouette all year round. This olive strapless jumpsuit I picked up in the early spring is the perfect go to for the high temperatures without giving up comfort. I loved its minimalist style and sleek tapered legs. Not only have I worn it out for brunch with friends but you can switch it up completely and take it out for a night on the town (I may or may not have worn it in Vegas this year). Even come Fall, I cannot wait to wear this neutral number with a classic blazer for cooler evenings out!
Something about an outfit that is a one stop shop is completely appealing. You don’t have to find the perfect matching shirt to go with your heels, or if you should belt it or tuck it in. Jumpsuits essentially do all the work for you, and thats the kind of clothing I like to invest in.
