Collared Dress

Is it just me or are there others out there who planned to accomplish so much over the weekend, then find themselves in bed on Sunday night wondering where all their time went? Well my to-do lists keep getting longer and the weekends just feel like they are getting shorter. I see all of you amazing bloggers balance life, blogging, and a full time job and always continue to amaze me. Everyone really keeps me motivated to wake up everyday and go after my goals, regardless of how exhausting they might be!

Now that I got my #MotivationMonday rant off my chest, I will start this new work week off with a recent favorite. I snagged this amazing collared dress from Venus a few weeks back and have been dying to wear it. Most Mondays I am off running to client meetings and always want to look professional. The only issue is sometimes professional doesn’t exactly mean comfortable. I have lived in my fair share of stiff slacks and for one try to wear them as little as possible. This collared dress was a fantastic alternative to typical androgynous office wear. The best part, it’s all one piece. The faux collar and sleeve cuff give the impression of a blouse underneath but its all one dress, and extremely comfortable at that. Stretchy in fabric and a classic navy and white combo, this collared dress was perfect for the work place. It also wouldn’t be complete without a ridiculously adorable and slightly over the top milk handbag that squeezes in all my daily essentials. I might not drink milk anymore but I am certainly not opposed to wearing it.

So with the weekly grind ahead of us, lets try to go after our goals in the most comfortable way possible. Luckily, that doesn’t mean we can’t look professional doing it.
