Snowmen Gift Idea

There are officially 7 days left until Christmas and I know a majority of us are scrambling to finish picking up all those last minute gift ideas or stocking stuffers. I still have a few people on my list to shop for, but I was able to cross a few people off the list this passed weekend with a fun and easy snowmen gift idea, using snack size cookie packs.

Not only are these classic snack packs delicious and extremely affordable but they make gifts for neighbors, co-workers, teachers, or even stocking stuffers. With a few supplies and some simple crafting you can turn these fun sized cookie boxes into adorable winter snowmen.

Supplies:

• OREO Cookies Snack Size Cookie Box (Found on an end-cap in the cookie isle at Walmart)
• White Wrapping Paper
• Small Bells
• Red Curling Ribbon
• Glitter Top Hat Ornaments (found these in the gifting section at Walmart)
• Black Permanent Marker
• Orange Highlighter
• Glue Gun

How to:

First, wrap your OREO Cookie snack size cookie boxes in the white wrapping paper.

Once wrapped, tie with red curling ribbon around the outside of the box and knot at the top, leaving some extra ribbon hanging.

Attach your glitter top hat ornaments using a glue gun or with the clips provided on the underside of the hats, if yours come with them.

Curl the excess ribbon at the top of the box.

Using your black marker, draw the eyes and mouth of your snowman. Add an orange “carrot” nose with the orange highlighter.

Using your glue gun, glue three small bells for “buttons” down the front of your snowmen cookie boxes.

They are really quick to put together and super cute. I couldn’t be more excited to give them to my co-workers next week, and who doesn’t love to snack on OREO cookies?!
