Escaping for President’s Day weekend was just what the doctor ordered, literally. Getting out of the smog that has blanketed the Salt Lake valley not only effects your mood, but your health. I also can’t complain about the 80 degree Las Vegas weather that has me already longing for spring and summer. Majority of my purchases have been prepping my closet for the upcoming season, including these black overalls.
Searching for well over a year now, the hunt for the perfect pair of overalls is now finally complete. Not only being the perfect piece for spring, these black overalls have come in handy even in the bitter cold temperatures. Pairing them with my favorite striped turtleneck, I couldn’t help but wear them as soon as they arrived. Black overalls are great, you can wear them with sweaters, turtlenecks, and even blazers, giving you a solid basic to layer upon. Making an investment in a solid pair of overalls a year round staple, or thats at least what I told myself :). However, for spring and summer, I plan to do just the opposite with these black overalls, pairing them with vintage tank tops and oversized bauble necklaces. Coachella seems to be feeding my inspiration as of lately.
