Hello from sunny San Diego everyone!
Summer is essentially here and granted it might be pushing the 90s in Salt Lake City… I can’t seem to shake my jacket obsession. Starting this past fall, suede made a major comeback. Although it took me a while to get used to this retro favorite, I finally took the plunge.
Already having so many traditional leather pieces, it made taking the jump into suede a bit harder. I have never really been a huge fan of faux suede, so purchasing a piece was going to be a serious investment. Luckily for me, I found some amazing options in every price point. If you are looking for something a bit more fun, instead of traditional, check out this killer fringe style as well (It’s under $80!!)!
Suede pieces might be a bit heavy for summer, but when worn at night or during the cooler days, they make the perfect kick back addition to your cut offs or favorite summer sandals. I obviously couldn’t resist paring it with some platform sandals and one of my new favorite bodysuits!
