Farewell Summer
With the resurrection of all things pumpkin spice and the unfortunate reality of the cool weather slowly creeping up daily, I regret to inform you all that fall is finally here. I tried my absolute hardest to ignore it, but the signs are just to hard to deny. Closing out Labor Day yesterday, and now currently wearing a sweater as I write this post, I am already missing the unbearable warm weather… farewell summer.
Soon we will all be adding layers, scarves, and jackets to all of our summer favorites. Attempting to try to extend our wardrobes as long as possible until the dreaded winter weather arrives. But as I sit back and look at these last summer images I took in dresses and espadrilles, I will always remember all the things I love most. Clearly I just need to get over this emotional attachment I seem to have with summer because, it’s over, and the colder days are ahead of us. I am however excited to share what new fall purchases that I have been stashing away, and different ways to in fact preserve your warm weather favorites long into the fall season.
So even though we are saying farewell to summer, this is only temporary, this isn’t goodbye.

I’m the opposite because I’m super excited about fall! But it hasn’t officially arrived here yet. We have cooler days but then it will be back in the 90’s. Ugh! But we also have mild winters so I think that makes me love fall and winter 🙂 Your last summer outfit is so cute and the perfect outfit for saying goodbye to summer!
