Hats Off
There are a few things that keep me semi-excited about fall this year, one of which is hats. Sure hats are great all year round, but there is just something about the fall season where they just make every outfit that much better. From beanies, fedoras, baseball caps, boater, oversized and wide brim hats, you really have plenty of options to choose from.
As an avid lover of all things hats, I tend to practice my love for each type of hat. Most recently I have been known to be rocking the baseball cap on more than one occasion {here & here, and other great hat looks: here, here & here}. But don’t get me wrong, I do not discriminate agains’t any type. On my trip last month to Seattle, Washington, I spotted this tan, almost camel colored hat that I had to have my hands on. It was the perfect shape and held its structure without movement. Almost resembling a top hat I was nothing I have had in my collection before. Sure for the last few years hats have always been relevant, with floppy hats making a huge comeback. There was just something about this flat brim, structured hat that I needed.
After I purchased it, it’s been pretty obvious that I can’t stop wearing it and I wouldn’t be surprised if my friends and loved ones are already sick of it (or secretly want their own)- psssst.. by the way, IT’S ON SALE NOW. I love hats. I always feel like I can’t pull them off though. Really like this one!
I really need to start wearing hats more often. When my hair is short, I feel like they overwhelm my head and make my face just disappear. Now that I have the option to use extensions, I think hats will be making more of an appearance in my autumn wardrobe. This one is so cute on you, and I love it paired with that stunning maxi dress!
