New Year, New Me, 2017.
Dear Me, it’s already January 12th, and you have been away from the blog for a month now. Holy crap where have I been, right? Well, to give you the short version… I traveled to Europe (Portugal to be exact) and gave myself a little “me” time. To be completely honest, after taking such a nice and relaxing break it’s been pretty hard to get back in the swing of things… but I am back.
I guess now that means I have to accept that it’s a brand New Year and figure out what exactly it is that I would like to accomplish with this fresh slate. In previous years I would scream from the mountain tops that THIS WAS MY YEAR. I would list all my goals and accomplishments for the upcoming year with such excitement and drive. This year is different. I am not going to do any of that.
The weird thing is, after another year of hard lessons and huge accomplishments, I don’t need a brand New Year to make me reevaluate things I already want to accomplish. The end of 2016 gave me a sweet taste of what 2017 has in store, and that alone is worth getting excited about. I may have had a month off but moving forward get ready for that A-Game, because regardless of the time of year, I am bringing it non-stop.
I cannot wait to share it with you, I hope you will join me…

What an amazing trip! It’s sounds like the perfect way to start off the year! I love your outlook on just continuing on and not needing a new year to set goals.
So obsessed with this pretty dress! The color is perfect and I love the ruffles! Also, I don’t have a clue as to what my style is… it changes daily haha! I’ve come to embrace it and like you said, there’s nothing wrong with that!
