Hot Tea Month
January might be coming to an end, but I really am not getting sick of all the 2018 resolution conversations. I actually love hearing peoples goals and what everyone is motivated to do or change in the new year. I have goals that span across the whole upcoming year, I have however started with better health habits.
Working out consistently and making better meal options are always the refresher I need. Cleaning out all the gunk I have been eating since Halloween. One thing I really am happy I can take with me into my healthier habits is my deep love for tea! Ironically enough, Bigelow Tea is celebrating their “Hot Tea Month” in January and I wanted to share some fun ways I keep my tea interesting and refreshing all year round!

- Make it work for you
- In most cases, people tend to enjoy tea when they are trying to combat Cold and Flu season.
- You can have a cup with each meal to soothe a sore throat, or any seasons you may have when you are feeling under the weather.
- Be sure to take it on the go. Tea is always better when you need it most. Pack it in a thermal and enjoy it on your commute on errands.
- Have Fun
- There is no wrong way to enjoy your tea. As long as you are having fun with it, tea proudly!
Enjoy your next cup of tea with Bigelow Tea at your local Walmart and be sure to try all of their 14 kinds of tea.

I loved this. Your photo of green tea had me sold. I love green tea so much, and it’s always refreshing to have especially when it is cold. I never thought about adding fruit in tea. I have never done that, but I will have to try that because, from your photos, it looks really good. great post!

Green tea is sooo good! I try to drink it every morning, but I love the ideas you have to spice up tea and make it taste different each time. I’m definitely gonna have to check out some of these teas 🙂

I love tuning up my tea! I pretty much ginger tea with every cuppa. Unless it already has ginger in it. Tune up my tea all day!

I’m a big tea drinker, too! I drink about two cups a day and am always looking for new side snacks to have with it. Fruit is always a good option because it pairs well and is a healthy alternative. Lately, I’ve been enjoying Constant Comment but Vanilla Chai is one of my all-time favs! 🙂 #client
